Earlier this week I went into a class at my University and spoke about nutrition. This was the second time this semester I have given a seminar at my school regarding nutrition. The first opportunity to speak was to a group of faculty members who were enrolled in a lunch time health program ran by the head of my department.
This particular lecture was to a Fitness and Wellness class which I took last semester. The professor emailed me asking if I would be willing to talk to the class about nutrition, since nutrition was their next unit of study. I love public speaking and spreading knowledge about fitness, wellness, nutrition so I jumped on the opportunity.
