In this episode, I discuss whether or not the sport of bodybuilding is dying.
The popularity of fitness is at an alltime high. Why is bodybuilding not following suit?
Is social media responsible?
Is it because there are so many other fitness options? ie. CrossFit, Powerlifting, Spartan Races, etc.
When I first got into lifting weights, bodybuilding information was the most readily available.
I read all the popular bodybuilding magazines. Those were my lifeblood. I couldn’t get enough!
I would stay up late at night with a flashlight reading away at Muscle and Fitness, Flex, Muscular Development, etc.
That was back in 2005-2006.
