The Hunt Fitness Shoulder Complex is an exercise I like to use in many of my training programs. One of the best things about this movement sequence is that you can hit all three heads of the shoulder muscle quickly. However, be warned. It’s harder than it looks.
To break it down, the HF Shoulder Complex is simply a dumbbell front raise, dumbbell side raise, and a dumbbell rear raise done back-to-back with no rest in between.
