In this episode of the Absolute Strength Podcast, I sit down with the founder of Tailored Coaching Method, Cody McBroom.
Cody “Boom Boom” McBroom is a coach out of Seattle, Washington dedicated to debunking fitness and nutrition myths, providing real solutions to better your body and performance, helping others create a more powerful mindset, and most importantly – giving as much free content away as possible!
On his website, Cody explains his fitness journey as follows:
Long story short – I grew up overweight. Eventually I got sick and tired of hating the way I looked and felt every day, so I decided to change it all and live my life at a higher standard. I realized very quickly, that having true power and clarity in your life starts with your body physically.
As I trained, implemented real nutritional strategies, and started to transform my body, I began to experience less stress and anxiety, I began to have a way more confidence everywhere I went, my energy began to be contagious to others, my career began to develop and grow, and I actually started to catch women’s attention – this was something new to me.
All this led to an unbelievably big shift in my life...
Sit back, relax, and enjoy!
