Here is the list of books that I feel everyone involved in the iron game should not only read but have on their book shelves as a reference. There is a little bit of everything in this list, from pretty basic to one of the most advanced.
You have a few books that would be highly beneficial to a beginning bodybuilder/strength training athlete as well as a couple books that would be great for coaches in the field to read if they have yet to.
One thing that is certain, if you are going to be involved in this game it is important to never stop learning. Try to take in as much knowledge as possible from a wide range of resources. Read books, follow blogs, go to seminars, etc!
Don’t stop learning!
However, while I think this is a great list, it is by no means the end all be all in strength training books. It was hard to only choose 5 books.
Let me know some of your favorite training books or resources in the comments section!
