My favorite form of cardio!
Nothing beats performing a workout out in the sun on a nice summer day.
Sled pulls are one of my favorite cardio exercises. Sled pulls not only improve your cardiovascular performance, they also transfer very well to improving ones deadlift performance as well. Louie Simmons of Westside Barbell, the legendary powerlifting gym typically has his athletes perform heavy sled drags as a form of GPP (general physical preparedness).
In this particular workout I add in some Kettlebell work to make this a complete metabolic conditioning session.
