In this episode, I sit down with Derek Charlebois. We had a fun discussion about a wide range of topics, but a large part of this episode is dedicated to supplement science. We dug into some issues within the supplement industry and highlighted a few things you need to look out for when purchasing products. In addition, we looked at some common pre workout supplement ingredients and what the studied dosages actually are. Of course, nutrition and training info got thrown around as well!
