In this episode, I sit down with Gary Vee’s old trainer, Mike Vacanti. Mike has an interesting story that I know you are going to enjoy! We started off the show talking about caffeine consumption. How much caffeine do we drink? How much is too much…can there ever be too much lol? Next we dug into our early days of fitness, what is the learning process of a fitness pro? You might be surprised! Next, we ventured into social media a little bit. We talked about the pros/cons and why most people are program hopping on life! This lead us to talk about how Mike became Gary Vaynerchuck’s coach. This is a great story in taking advantage of your opportunities! Lastly, we talk about the importance of learning if you can take a punch for real and in life. (the end is my favorite).
