“I had always known how to eat and gain weight but it was the cutting part that I had never done correctly. I had tried a few times in the past and always ended up getting leaner but at the cost of muscle. I heard about Kyle from the work he’s done with numerous youtubers in their contest prep. I decided to get a custom nutrition plan and I’m glad I did. The plan is great because it is customized just for you. Its been ten weeks since I started and I have slowly leaned out without losing muscle which is exactly what I wanted.
