In this episode, I sit down with Alain Gonzalez.

This was an especially fun show. We started off with a conversation about training for MMA and dug into the future of UFC’s Ronda Rousey and Conor McGregor.

Alain has a really cool story. He only weighed 107lbs in his early 20s! Knowing he had to make a change, he got into lifting weights, and as they say, the rest was history!
