My normal training routine typically does not include an “arm only” training day. I prefer to train arms in conjunction with another muscle group. Usually I will throw arms in with chest, back and/or shoulders.
In an effort to help bring up my arms, I have started to put an extra arm workout in on Saturdays.
Here is what I did for my “extra” Arm workout this Saturday September 8, 2012
– Close Grip Bench 4 sets x 6-12 reps
– DB Hammer Curls 4 sets x 6-12 reps
– Lying Triceps Extensions 3 sets x 6-12 reps
– Ez Bar Preacher Curl 3 sets x 6-12 reps
– Weighted Bench Dips 3 sets x 10-20+ reps
– Fat Gripz Barbell Curl 3 sets x 6-12 reps
