Serves: 2
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, cooked
4 strips turkey bacon
16 asparagus spears, washed and cooked
Cinnamon, to taste
Stevia, to taste
Sea salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Heat pan over medium heat
2. Place turkey bacon in pan
3. Sprinkle bacon with cinnamon and stevia
4. Cook for 4-5 minutes, and flip
5. Continue to cook until thoroughly cooked
6. Slice chicken breast into 4 pieces, longwise
7. Sprinkle asparagus with sea salt and pepper
8. Slice turkey bacon in half
9. Place 1 piece of chicken and 2 asparagus spears on 1 slice of bacon
10. Roll up chicken and asparagus in bacon piece
11. You can use a toothpick to hold it in place
12. Continue with other chicken, bacon, and asparagus
