Workout I did today
Squats 6 sets x 5 reps
Romanian Deadlifts 5 sets x 10 reps
Overhead Squat (really light – just learning the movement) 3 sets x 5 reps
Walking Lunges 2 sets x 10 reps
Leg Extensions 2 sets x 10 reps
Standing Calf Raise 2 sets x 30 reps
