In this video I take you guys through an outdoor HIIT/circuit workout that changes things up a bit.
The Workout
3 Rounds
– 15 kettlebell swings @35lbs
– 15 burpees
– sled sprint down and back @ 30-40 yds
3 Rounds
– 15 handstand pushups
– 15 thick bar pullups
– sled sprint down and back @ 30-40 yrds
The goal of the workout is to get it done as fast as possible.
