In this episode, I sit down with 10 year NFL veteran Heath Evans. Heath was drafted in the 3rd round of the 2001 NFL Draft by the Seattle Seahawks and played 10 years with other stops in Miami, New England and New Orleans. Now Heath is an analyst for NFL Network. We had a great talk about how his training and nutrition has changed since retiring, why the Patriots always win, the importance of taking care of your body, why there is more to the concussion issue than the media portrays, and more.
