In this episode, I sit down with USAPL powerlifter Kristen Dunsmore. As a whole, powerlifting has exploded in popularity in recent years. In that time, the growth with the female population has really taken off as well. In the show we talked about some reasons why that is. In addition to that, we also touched on how Kristen went from a cardio bunny to bad ass powerlifter, the importance of just signing up for your first meet, why it’s a good idea to always listen to your body (don’t ignore injuries), the benefit to sticking with a program and how drinking liquor can help keep you sober…
