- Push-up
- Air Squat
- Pull-up
- Flexed Arm Hang
- Handstand/Pike Push-up
- Hanging/ Lying Leg Raise
- Inverted Row
- Single-leg Calf Raise
- Bench/Chair Dip
- Glute Bridge / Single-leg Glute Bridge
- Isohold Y-W-T
- Superman Back Extensions
- Parallel Bar Dips
- Sit-ups / Crunches / Bicycle Crunches
- Plank / Side Plank
- Cossack Squat
Best value equipment to use at home in a spare room or living room:
- Doorway Pull-up Bar
- Adjustable Dumbbells
- Resistance Bands
- Weighted Vest
- Ab Wheel
If you don’t have a doorway pull-up bar, you can use a door:
You can use a table for inverted rows:
Sample Bodyweight Workouts:
Day #1: Upper
1a. Push-ups 5 x 10-25
1b. Pull-ups 5 x 5-10
2a. Handstand/Pike Pushups 4 x 10-15
2b. Inverted Row 4 x 10-15
3a. Chair Dips 3 x 10-15
3b. Flexed Arm Hang 3 x 30 sec
3c. Y-W-T Isohold 3 x 20 sec in each position
Day #2: Lower
1a. Air Squat 5 x 20-30
1b. Sit-up 5 x 20
2a. Single-Leg Glute Bridge 3 x 15-30
2b. Lying Leg Raise 3 x 10-15
3a. Single-Leg Calf Raise 3 x 20-50
3b. Superman Back Extension 3 x 20-25
4a. Bicycle Crunch 3 x 20-30
4b. Plank 3 x 30-60 sec
