How to Address Lower Back Pain with Dr. Sebastian Gonzales

Lower back pain is one of the most common issues people who lift weights have to endure. We have all been there. It can happen while pulling a heavy deadlift or reaching down to pick up a pencil, either way, back pain is no fun. The moments immediately after are critical. What is the first thing to do in the gym once it happens? What do you do the next morning? How can you tell if you need medical treatment?
