Q1- If someone wants to learn self-defense, what martial art would you recommend?

Q2 – There has been a lot of talk lately about the powerlifting community going “downhill”. What are your thoughts?

Q3 – Hey Kyle, I’m moving soon and need to switch gyms. My question is, when picking out a new gym, what are some things you look for?

Q4 – I’m wondering the difference between doing 3 sets of 8 reps vs. 8 sets of 3 reps while using the same weight? Is there a time and a place for one or the other since volume is technically the same?
