In this episode, I sit down with the founder and CEO of Elitefts.com, Dave Tate. We started off the conversation talking about social media marketing. Then we dug into the process of starting Elitefts, Dave detailed some of the struggles of building a brand from the ground up. The truth is, most people make entrepreneurship sound too easy. After that, we went over the process of outfitting a gym. How do you select the right equipment to make sure a gym is set up for success? We finished up talking about the growth of powerlifting.
