In this episode, I go over a few tricks I use myself and with my clients to help increase adherence to a fat loss diet. Look, fat loss is hard. It doesn’t matter what diet you on are, there comes a point where it becomes a struggle. Cravings, hunger, social events, etc. all make it hard to stay consistent. How you handle the adversity largely determines how successful you are on the diet. The key is to set the diet up in a way to make life easier for yourself. That is what this podcast is all about.
