In this episode, I bring Jim Wendler back on for his second appearance on the show! Jim is the creator and author of the 5/3/1 Training Program. Millions of athletes and lifters of all ages and abilities have used this program. Jim played football at the University of Arizona, where he was a three-time letter winner.
