In this episode, I sit down with Dr. Shawn Baker. Shawn follows a strict carnivore diet where he eats almost exclusively red meat. He has gained a lot of popularity lately after being on Joe Rogan’s podcast. I wanted to bring him on the show to ask him some questions. What is the deal with micronutrients and fiber? Why not add in some fruits and vegetables? Can you build muscle/gain strength only eating meat? What are the benefits of red meat vs. other protein sources?
