  1. Hey Kyle, what do you recommend for joint pain? My elbows have been feeling achy after upper body workouts lately. 
  2. How could a low-volume, high-intensity block help with hypertrophy? 
  3. Do you have any advice for a new dad on handling training and sleeping with a newborn? 
  4. How to approach nutrition on vacation when bulking? I’m worried I won’t be able to hit my calorie goal. 
  5. What are some practical tips for individuals who struggle with emotional or stress-related eating and want to develop healthier eating habits? 
  6. I have a question – can you provide some advice regarding when to wear a belt when squatting or deadlifting? I generally try to not wear a belt because I don’t want to rely on it too much and I want to work on bracing. However, I can obviously use more weight when I use a belt which likely has it’s own benefits. 
  7. How do you balance being a father, husband, coach/business owner, and a high-level lifter?
