Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 scoops Cinnamon flavored protein
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 cup 0% fat plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- Truvia/Stevia to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 365, pour batter into muffin tins so that batter is evenly distributed between each and then bake for 8-10 minutes.
