This is a new podcast idea I want to try. I am going to go over books on training, nutrition, personal development, etc. and discuss the content. I want to dig in and focus on specific areas and provide some commentary. My goal is to talk about a wide range of books, some old, and some new. For the most part, I want to go over books that I don’t think a lot of you listeners have read. However, I will definitely go over some of the more popular training and nutrition books as well.
I thought Championship Bodybuilding, written in 1996 by Chris Aceto would be a good place to start. There is a lot of good stuff in here, as well as some outdated content as well. Sit back, relax, and enjoy!
