Ingredients:
1 cup of dry oats (water for oats)
1/2 cup of ground flaxseed
3 egg whites
1/2 cup of skim milk (or u can substitute with almond milk)
2 tsp. of dark chocolate coco powder
1/2 tsp. of baking powder
3 1/2 scoops of MTS Nutrition Whey (vanilla)
2 tbs dark chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat the oven for 375
First cook oats in microwave as directed. Then combine all ingredients in a largemixing bowl. Put mixed ingredients in a 9×13 pan and bake for about 30 minutes!
Macros for 1 brownie (1/12 of pan)
