  1. I’ve been lifting heavy and focusing on powerlifting for a while now. Do I need to mix in lighter phases, either for better strength gains or for longevity, or can I keep pushing low reps year-round?
  2. What’s the easiest way to start tracking macros when you’re new to flexible dieting?
  3. When it comes to the deadlift, would you classify it more as a back exercise or a leg movement? Or does it depend on your goals?
  4. What’s one mistake you’ve made as a coach or in your own training that really taught you something important?
  5. Hey guys, love the show. My girlfriend wants me to help her get into lifting. However, she has never set foot in a gym before. My question is, how can I help a beginner start their fitness journey without making it feel too overwhelming?
  6. I’m 43 and have been training pretty consistently for twenty years. I still enjoy going to the gym but don’t feel like I’m getting anywhere. When progress slows down or feels nonexistent, how do you stay motivated and stick with it?
