Questions on the show:
Q1: I am looking for a program that I can use for my son who is 1 and homeschooled. I need a strength training/weight lifting course that he can do as a high school elective. It needs to be 4-5 hours per week. Do you know of anything already put together to accomplish this, or what would you recommend?
Q2: Hey Kyle, do you have any tips for training in a hot gym during the summer? The gym I train at doesn’t have AC and I feel like my workouts are suffering. I know you train in your garage so I thought you might have some suggestions.
Q3: This isn’t a question, but I think it would make a good topic for a podcast. Can you talk about food labels and the different ways companies try to trick you? For example, sometimes the macros and calories don’t add up or the label says no sugar added but there is still sugar in the product, etc.
