Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Protein Muffins

Ingredients: 

  • 1 1/2 scoops Cinnamon flavored protein
  • image2 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1/2 cup 0% fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • Truvia/Stevia to taste

 

 

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 365, pour batter into muffin tins so that batter is evenly distributed between each and then bake for 8-10 minutes.

Macros: Protein 5g Carbs 6g Fat 1g – 53kCals
