As a high school Hockey player, Kyle built a program that was a perfect fit for me. His weekly check-ins kept me on track and gave much-needed advice to help me even more. Kyle helped me increase bench, squat, deadlift, and all other exercises by a surprisingly large amount in just three months. My goal was to gain weight and build strength for the upcoming season, and Kyle made those super easy to do and ultimately helped me crush those goals. I would recommend Kyle every day of the week, as he really helped my strength, muscle mass, and explosiveness.
Kyle put together a program that fit my needs and current goals. His weekly check-ins were invaluable to keeping me on track and he always answered my questions promptly. He made adjustments if needed which helped keep the progress coming. Kyle knows what he is doing.
I hired Kyle to be my fitness coach for 4 years. He provided an attentive and detailed service throughout that time. Any questions I had he answered quickly, and he would readily help me adjust any nutrition or programming stemming from an injury or life event. He helped me reach a lot of strength goals that I don't see how I would have reached without his guidance. I can't recommend Kyle enough whether you're looking to begin your fitness journey for the first time or you're looking to fine-tune your goals.
I worked with Kyle for about a year, and during that time, he coached me through a building phase and through my first bodybuilding prep. He's a great coach and he's always very responsive, knowledgeable, and invested! Kyle helped me learn a lot, gain strength and muscle mass, and win overall at my first NPC show. If you're considering going with an online coach for fitness goals, I'd definitely recommend Kyle!
I was hesitant to get a coach but always swore if I got one it would be Kyle because of his podcast. I know 100% I made the right choice. We set goals and accomplished every single one of them. He helped a novice powerlifter make it to the national stage, consistently go 9/9, and consistently hit PRs. Kyle is truly gifted at being able to provide optimal coaching via the internet. I was skeptical about online coaching at first but after my 9 months working with him, all of my lifts have improved and I have seen changes in my physique that I wasn't attaining on my own. I started working with Kyle a few months ago. As an older lifter (age 62) interested in powerlifting but never trying it, Kyle encouraged me to get started, and I am thankful he did. In addition, he has helped me a lot with improving my training and diet. Perhaps most of all, working with Kyle has given my workouts a whole new level of intentionality and commitment, and I really look forward to my next visits to the gym since starting online personal training with Kyle.
I worked with Kyle for 6 months from Feb-July of 2021 and he absolutely changed my life! As a personal trainer, I can always put energy into my clients but when it comes to myself I always put it on the back burner. We did a bulking phase where I gained a significant amount of muscle and then a cutting phase before my wedding in which I lost a significant amount of body fat. My physique looks completely different now and it’s all thanks to Kyle and his guidance with macro nutrients/diet/training. I am beyond grateful to have worked with him, and I can’t wait to work with him again in the future!
Kyle Hunt coached me from May to August of 2020. Throughout that period of time, my squat, bench press, and deadlift transformed a ton, as well as my overall physique. The training program and diet were easy to follow and quite enjoyable. Kyle was extremely responsive to my emails and super friendly during our zoom meetings. I told him what my major points were and he listened and helped me a lot. Before his coaching, I had followed his Absolute Strength programs and loved them. Kyle is a great coach and knows his info very well. I strongly encourage anyone interested in his coaching to pursue it!
