The Hunt Fitness Bench Press Specialization Program is for anyone who wants to take their bench to the next level. In addition to the program, the manual provides critical tips to completely transform your bench press technique.
See, the trouble is strength is only half of the equation. If you don’t know how to take advantage of the tricks elite powerlifters use, you are limited on how much you can actually bench press.
I struggled with this for years.
Back in the day, I trained my a** off but couldn’t get above a 350-pound bench. It didn’t matter what I did; nothing worked. I tried everything. Or, so I thought.
It turns out it wasn’t just my strength holding me back. It was my technique. Once I made a few minor changes, I went from a 350lbs bench to a 365lbs bench overnight.
From there, I learned the benefits of using a specialization program, and it pushed me over the edge to finally hit a 405 bench press.
7 Weeks to a New Bench Press PR
The 7-week Specialization Program is divided into two specific training phases, each with a particular focus. The first phase focuses on skill development and volume accumulation, while the second phase focuses on peaking, building up to a new max in week 7. All you have to do is follow the program, and it sets you up for a new PR in the final week of the phase.
Think about it. How much have you actually improved your bench press over the last seven weeks? How about the previous year? Let’s change that.
Here are some details about the program:
*The best thing about this program is you can run it more than once. It’s designed to be run multiple times in a row.
*The program is based on four lifting days per week. But you can train for 3-6 days with some modifications.
* Every week, there are three bench press-focused sessions. Don’t worry; you also train your back, shoulders, and arms.
* Although this is a bench press specialization program, there is one lower body session each week throughout the program. You will put in enough work on the squat and deadlift to maintain your strength in those lifts.
* You will improve your bench, and with the extra upper body volume, you will gain some serious muscle across your upper body as well!
How to PR Your Bench Press in the NEXT 7 Weeks!
Everyone knows you need to bench press more than once a week to make significant bench progress. There is only so much you can do in one weekly bench workout.
The key is benching three times per week.
However, most people don’t know how to correctly program a high-frequency bench program. When you only bench press once or twice a week, it’s easy. Just go in and bench hard and heavy. You can’t do that three times a week and make progress. All three bench workouts need to have a specific purpose.
You may have heard the expression, “Work smarter, not harder.” Well, it’s only partly true. You have to work smarter AND harder. That is the key to this program and what sets the Hunt Fitness Bench Press Specialization program apart.
Don’t wait. Start building a legendary bench press today!
If you are still not convinced, I’m not sure if I can say anything else to change your mind. However, maybe some people who actually tried the program can help.
Before I released this program to the public, I sent it out to over 20 guys to beta test. Here is what a few of them had to say.
“I love Kyle’s programs, so I was pumped to get an early look at the new bench program. First, the programming is sick. Its the most fun I have had training in a while. However, the best part was the results. I ended up hitting a 20 pound bench PR at the end. I’m currently running it for a second time to see if I can add another 10 pounds. Thanks, man!” – Mike M.
“The new program is awesome! I have been battling upper body injuries for the past couple of years, so my bench has been garbage lately. Luckily, I have been feeling good, so I gave this program a shot. I’m glad I did. I went from a 245lbs bench to a 275lbs bench press. This is the first time I have hit 275 lbs in my life!” – Brian C.
“I’m going to be honest. I care more about my physique than how much weight I lift. That said, I have been trying to bench press 315 lbs for over a decade, so I was willing to try anything lol. Well, this program did it. Between the technique adjustments and the extra work benching, I finally hit 3 plates. The best part is I think my chest grew as well.” – Robert G.
